The text documents the various insignia, with their classes and regulations, along with five black and white group photos of The Royal Order of Kamehameha I, the Royal Order of Kalakaua I, the Royal Order of Kapiolani, the Royal Order of the Crown of Hawaii, and the Royal Order of the Star of Oceania. An address added on page 1, an additional name added to the list on page 9 and the measurements chart altered on page 47, both with handwritten notations in blue ink. Previous owner's stamp on pages 1 and 31. The cover in a yellow card, containing 48 pages printed in black ink, dual-staple bound, measuring 152 mm (w) x 227 mm (h), extremely fine. Central America: The Decorations and Medals of the Central American Countries Booklet, edited by L.F. The text documenting the various orders and medals of Guatemala, with their regulations explained. Honduras, two booklets: Republica de Honduras, C. A., Decreto y Reglamento de la Condecoracion de la Orden de Morazan (Republic of Honduras, Central America, Decree and Regulation of the Decoration of the Order of Morazan) Booklet, published in Spanish by the Ariston Lithographic Workshop, Tegucigalpa in 1955. The text documents the regulations for the Order of Merit, in six grades, according to the Supreme Degrees of 1929 and 1956. It contains a sample ribbon of the order just inside the cover, with the image of the ribbon having offset on the inside cover and on page 1. Also included are three letters: Peruvian Minister of War Letter (dated February 8, 1954, documenting modification to Article 3 of the regulations of the Cross of Military Merit, measuring 226 mm (w) x 290 mm (h)); Ministry of Justice and Worship Seven-Page Letter (dated January 20, 1955, in regards to the general direction of the civil service and pensions for the Order of the Civil Service of the state, measuring 221 mm (w) x 340 mm (h)); and Ministry of External Relations Letter (dated August 28, 1957, addressed to Joseph A. Frayne of Newark, New Jersey from Secretary General Javier Delgado Yrigoyen, inscribed "In response to your request I am pleased to send you annexes to the regulations of the Peruvian decorations. Thank you for informing us when the work that is being prepared is published", measuring 202 mm (w) x 262 mm (h). All eight items come clamped in place in a binder, marked "PERU" on the spine.

This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage of world Orders, Medals, and Decorations composed solely by Dr.Goodwin between 1946-1967. Dr. Goodwin had a successful career as an educator and prominent physician in New York as well as actively serving in both World Wars with the United States Medical Corps. He acted as both President and Vice-President of the Orders and Medals Society of America (OMSA) and is responsible for organizing their first convention in 1960. He maintained further membership with the American Society of Military Collectors, the International Orders Research Society, and the American Numismatic Society. His knowledge and passion for history and awards is evident in this meticulously compiled collection that is now available in its entirety for the first time exclusively on eMedals.com.
