What's a max bid?

Instituted August 3, 1866 by Queen Isabella II. In silver, a white enamelled cross, the obverse center presenting a blue enamelled anchor, the reverse is plain, surmounted by a mural crown, measures 11.62mm (w) x 19.65mm (h – inclusive of crown and integral suspension ring), weighs 1.6 grams, wear in blue enamel of anchor, detailing in crown worn on left side, near very fine condition.
