(Dienstauszeichnungen der NSDAP). A silver cross pattée, with rays projecting between the arms, the centre obverse presents a national emblem surrounded by an oak leaf wreath, the centre reverse presents the motto TREUE FÜR FÜHRER UND VOLK (LOYALTY TO LEADER AND PEOPLE), circumscribed by an oak leaf wreath, stamped with the number 2 on suspension loop, measuring 42.91 mm (w) x 47.51 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original replacement ribbon (blue with two silvery-grey stripes on each edge), and in very fine condition, accompanied by the original presentation case constructed of cardboard with blue exterior and a gold national emblem on the lid, the bottom is stamped with RZM M1/170 for maker B. H. Mayers Hotkunstprägeanstalt of Pforzheim, measuring 50 mm (w) x 95 mm (l) x 17 mm (h), shows signs of wear, and in overall good condition.
