Measuring 100x156mm, extremely fine condition with some scuffing of the cover. The booklet was “issued on behalf of the organisation’s leader” and depicts the insignia of the NSB and its sub-organisations, including the Dutch SS and the NSB’s youth movement, the Jeugdstorm. The insignia include collar tabs, shoulder boards, flags, armbands, etc.
Footnote: The NSB was the Dutch equivalent of the German NSDAP, the national socialist party. NSB stands for Nationaal-Socialistische Beweging in Nederland, National Socialist Movement in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1931. During the German occupation of the Netherlands the NSB remained the only legal party. (C:166)
