What's a max bid?

A fine example of a third reich period NSJ (Nationale Jeugdstorm/National Youth Storm) standard issue boys’ belt buckle; constructed of silvered zink; the obverse depicting a raised pebbled plate in the centre with a swallow flying above water, circumscribed “Nationale Jeugdstorm”, all within a multi link chain border; the reverse with a friction belt keeper and a stamped catch; visible are four prongs that fasten the plate to the buckle; measuring 63 mm (w) x 51 mm (h); with all of its original silver finish worn off, in overall very fine condition.
