What's a max bid?

The watch fob constructed of a black silk ribbon that is attached to the bottom of the badge; constructed of silver with black enamels - the miniature Prussian Pilot’s Badge constructed of silver, in the shape of a traditional pilot’s badge, with a horizontal pinback; measuring 26 mm (w) x 157 mm (h); in overall better than very fine condition.
