(Silver). Antique. A rectangular cigarette case crafted in solid silver. The obverse exterior features the image of an eagle perched on a branch. The reverse exterior is engraved personally with "Дорогому Боре от Dabuda 23-XII-4Xг". The case opens with a push latch set with a cabochon cut garnet and a small, rounded thumbnail lip. The interior of the case on opposing sides, feature a flat, white elastic with a rectangular metal aglet threaded through a rectangular loop to secure cigarettes. The interior of the case is marked "875", a right facing head and a small triangle within an ovular field (indicating a production date between 1921 and 1958) and an unidentified maker mark in the shape of a diamond. Measuring 85 mm (w) x 105 mm (l) and weighing 195 grams. In very fine condition.
