1. Second Republic: Medal of the French Society for the Aid of Wounded Military (Médaille de la Société Française de Secours aux Blessés Militaires). Instituted in 1866. In silver, engraver marked "L. Bottée" (Louis-Alexandre Bottée, 1852-1940) on the obverse, measuring 25.7 mm (w) x 47 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, vertical pinback added, original ribbon suspended from a hanger with pinback.
2. Third Republic: Association of French Ladies Great War Commemorative Medal 1914-1918 (Association des Dames Françaises Souvenir de la Grande Guerre). Instituted in 1918. In bronze, un-named, engraver marked "TETERGER • EDIT’ (French Art Nouveau artist Henri Teterger) and "H • CUZIN • G" on the reverse, measuring 31.5 mm (w) x 36.5 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, embroidered red cross on its original ribbon.
