Spain, Facist State. An Order of the Red Cross of Spain, II Class Star
(Condecoraciones de Cruz Roja Española). Type III with Franco Crown (1936-1975). Instituted in 1876. Insignia with a multi-piece construction, unmarked, in silver gilt with red, white, light blue, green and black enamels, mounted to an eight-pointed silver star base, each star point with seven emanating rays, with a single emanating ray between each star point, measuring 72.8 mm (w) x 73.3 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, intact enamels, extremely fine.
