What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a central winged figure embodying peace, topped by an inscription of “PAX” (“PEACE”) and flanked by profile of Tsar Nicholas II and Queen Wilhelmina, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of “II CONFÉRENCE POUR LA PAIX” (“SECOND CONFERENCE FOR PEACE”), flanked on the left by a crowned female figure and situated above a plaque bearing an inscription of “LA HAYE 1907” (“THE HAGUE 1907”), double maker marked “SZIRMAI” for the Hungarian-born, Paris-based engraver and sculptor Tony Szirmai, measuring 88 mm (w) x 72 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
