What's a max bid?

Yellow embroidered crown, on a black wool base, white cotton mesh backer, both are date stamped on the reverse, one is stamped " 5 10 15" (October 5, 1915), the other is stamped "20 9 16" (September 20, 1916), 58 mm each, near extremely fine. [C102]
