Todt Organisation Identification Booklet for Rudolf Sadowski 1944

Footnote: The identification papers of a member of the Todt Organisation (German: Organisation Todt, O.T.), named Rudolf Sadowski. OT was a civil and military engineering group prior to and during World War II, responsible for many building projects, among them the expansion of the Westwall (Siegfried line), and the building of the Atlantic Wall. Rudolf Sadowski was born in Heilsberg, East Prussia, Dec 16th, 1896. His rank was that of an OT-Frontarbeiter (front worker). The papers gave him eligibility to enter the duty stations of the OT area North West, as well as the construction sites in Wizernes in Northern France. They were valid from January until June 1944, with a stamp for each month, and contain a passport photo.
