III Model, Type VII with Cypher of Ahmad II ibn Ali (1929-1942). silver with red and green enamels, with three faceted rays between each of the ten enamelled star points, measuring 51 mm (w) x 84.5 mm (h) inclusive of its bow-tied ribbon suspension, chipping evident in the red enamels on the star point at 6 o'clock, large rosette on its original ribbon, better than very fine.
Footnote: The Order of Glory was instituted in 1843 and awarded to members of the ruling house, senior public servants and to senior officers for acts of bravery.
