What's a max bid?

Gesch.” on the reverse, 2) A RJA Reichs Youth Sport Proficiency Badge stick pin; silvered; 58 mm long knurled needle style pin; maker marked “Wernstein, Jena” on the reverse; overall near very fine condition.
