What's a max bid?

Badge in silvered bronze with red and blue enamels, mounted to a base in fire gilt bronze, the badge fronting an ornate oval frame in the centre and surmounted by a King's crown, with script and ornate design on either side, along with a flowing ribbon banner at the base inscribed "PENINSULA / WATERLOO", voided, unmarked, measuring 140.5 mm (w) x 96 mm (h), all four screwposts with nuts and washers intact, bronze support plate, patches of maroon felt placed in the voided areas on the crown and the two areas bearing script, the crown with an additional brass support on the reverse securing the felt in place, intact enamels, scattered gilt wear, near extremely fine.
