What's a max bid?

In silver, engraver marked "PM" on the obverse, measuring 32 mm in diameter, original ribbon with pinback, very dark patina, extremely fine. In its cardboard box of issue, raised platform housing the medal, soiling and edge wear evident on the lid, scuffing present on the bottom, the back panel on the lid missing, box fair.
