An extremely well-preserved edition of “London Gunmakers and the English Duelling Pistol: 1770-1830”, part of Historical Arms Series 34, by Keith R. Dill. It is constructed of a glossed paper stock binding, with the exterior cover bearing a colour photograph of a pistol, flanked by author and title. The reverse features a list of other publications offered in Arms Collecting’s Historical Arms Series. The interior content consists of 36 white paper pages featuring a comprehensive list of English manufacturers of duelling pistols and accoutrements. It was published in 1995 by Museum Restoration Service. The book measures 174 mm (w) x 255 mm (h) and is in an overall extremely fine condition.
