What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A gilded medal constructed of a six-pointed Star of David, with short, raised rays at the centre of each arm and outlined by a border of enamel, with laurel leaves between the points of the star, the obverse centre presents a red-enamelled centre bearing a gilded, forward facing eagle with its head to the left and wings outstretched, the letters US on its chest, and its talons clutching a bundle of arrows, surrounded by a ring bearing the inscription JEWISH WAR VETERANS OF THE UNITED STATES, the reverse is plain and unmarked, measuring 37.60 mm in diameter, with a rectangular suspension loop at the top, threaded through the loop is a folded, striped ribbon, attached to a rectangular bar bearing an eagle, on a horizontal pinback, and in very fine condition. Accompanied by a Ladies Auxiliary lapel pin and presentation case of issue.
