Accompanied by its 38.8 mm (w) x 12.5 mm ribbon bar with dual push pins, its 16.5 mm (w) x 4.5 mm (h) enameled and arched ribbon bar with button hole attachment and its 9.3 mm in diameter rosette, in its hardshelled case of issue, marked "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" on the lid, exhibiting soiling along the lip of the base, case near extremely fine.
