What's a max bid?

A Maltese cross constructed bronze with blue and white enamels, with artillery cannons crossing between the arms, surmounted by a cannonball, the obverse centre presents a national eagle, circumscribed by a ring of red enamel bearing the inscription V.C.A. S.N.Y. 1790 in gold lettering, the reverse centre shows a cannon and flag, surrounded by a red enamelled ring reading PRO PATRIA ET JURE GENTIUM, measuring 32.63 mm (w) x 43.59 mm (h), on loop for suspension from period original ribbon with straight-bar clasp, accompanied by a miniature version, both in extremely fine condition.
