What's a max bid?

In bronze with green enamels, marked "THE CONGRESS TO" on the reverse of the eagle, measuring 39 mm (w) x 57.5 mm (h) inclusive of its eagle and VALOR suspension, on its original full-length neck ribbon with horizontal octagonal thirteen star cravat pad sewn in place, triple snap closure, intact enamels, extremely fine. Accompanied by its 37 mm (w) x 9.8 mm (h) ribbon bar and its 12 mm (w) x 13 mm (h) rosette, in its hardshelled case of issue, marked "MEDAL OF HONOR" on the lid, case also extremely fine.
