What's a max bid?

(Orden del Libertador). Instituted in 1880. Badge (five-piece construction, in bronze gilt with navy blue enamels, measuring 46.5 mm (w) x 58 mm (h) inclusive of its laterally-pierced ball suspension, clipped to its full-length neck ribbon with ties); Breast Star (four-piece construction, silvered bronze insignia, mounted to a silver and white finished bronze eight-pointed star base, each star point with five emanating rays, maker marked with the N.S. Meyer shield and maker marked "N.S. MEYER, INC. NEW YORK" on the reverse cartouche, measuring 75.5 mm (w) x 81.2 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays); and Rosette (in tri-colour embroidery, measuring 10.7 mm in diameter, mounted to a 17 mm (w) x 8.3 mm silver ribbon base, push pin point). Near extremely fine. In their hardshelled case of issue, maroon pebbled exterior, marked with the Venezuelan coat-of-arms and inscribed "ORDEN DEL LIBERTADOR" on the lid, inside lid lined in navy blue satin and bearing the N.S. Meyer, Inc. New York Shield insignia, navy blue felt medal bed, scuffing and wear evident on the exterior, case very fine.
 
Footnote: The Order of the Liberator was instituted on September 14, 1880 and was awarded for meritorious services to the country and the community, in six grades: Collar, Grand Cordon, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight. It was discontinued in 2010 and replaced by the Order of the Liberators and Liberators of Venezuela.
