What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

WWI 26th Infantry Battalion Cap Badge CEF - Pickled copper, unmarked, 35.5 mm x 37.5 mm, intact slider, light contact, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Battalion was raised in New Brunswick with mobilization headquarters at Saint John under the authority of G.O. 36, March 15, 1915. The Battalion sailed June 13, 1915 with a strength of 42 officers and 1,108 other ranks under the command of Lieutenant-Colonel J.L. McAvity. The Battalion served in France and Belgium with the 5th Infantry Brigade, 2nd Canadian Division. It was disbanded on September 15, 1920.
